The Foundation for the Los Angeles Community Colleges is proud to manage scholarships, basic needs grants, and other special programs to support students across LACCD’s nine colleges. Learn more and apply through the links below.
Apply for Scholarships
Through the generosity of donors, funders, and corporations, more than $2 million in additional aid is awarded annually to students through the colleges and foundations of the Los Angeles Community College District.
LACCD students can review and apply for these scholarships through one platform, accessible through their student portal. The one-stop scholarship platform allows student students can access scholarships administered by the following organizations:
Foundation for the Los Angeles Community Colleges (all LACCD students)
East LA College Foundation
LA Harbor College Foundation
LA Mission College Foundation
LA Pierce College Foundation
LA Valley College Foundation
West LA College Foundation

Scholarship applications open and close throughout the academic year. Check back often as new applications open throughout the year.
Go to your portal at mycollege.laccd.edu and enter your student ID or @student.laccd.edu email and password.
From your Student Homepage, select “Scholarships". You will be redirected to the LACCD scholarship platform.
Select “Login Here” under Student Login. You will be taken to the main page listing the scholarships for which you may be qualified based on the scholarship’s criteria.
Students who attend LA City College may access scholarships administered by the LA City College Foundation through a separate platform. Click here for more information.
Students who attend LA Trade-Tech College may access scholarships administered by the LA Trade-Tech Foundation and the LA Trade-Tech Financial Aid Office through a separate application. Click here for more information.
Apply for Financial Aid
Students seeking help covering the cost of their education at the Los Angeles Community College District should start by exploring all of the public grants and other aid programs for which they may be eligible.
