At the Foundation for the Los Angeles Community Colleges, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue their dreams – regardless of financial circumstances. Our donors are committed to removing barriers to higher education and vocational training.  Your support ensures that students from all walks of life—first-generation college students, working parents, recent high school grads—have access to the financial support they need to succeed.

Here are five scholarships in need of your support this fall.

• The Student Success Fund allocates direct aid to students in areas of the greatest need.

• Steve’s Toolbox  helps automotive students at LA Pierce College purchase tools and other equipment for their studies and future career.

• The NCLEX Nursing Scholarship pays for RN licensing exam fees for nursing students entering the profession.

• A Single Parent’s Journey Scholarship invests in the success of student parents so they can successfully complete their educational goals.

• Thrive with Pride Scholarships supports students committed to uplifting LGBTQ+ communities through leadership, advocacy, and service.

In addition to these existing programs, we also welcome donors to create new and named scholarships.
